Hey Everyone- Been a couple crazy weeks on the road. The fans have been amazing. Thanks to everyone who's come out and to all the bands that have been on the shows with me. My band and I have gotten really tight, both musically and personally. We've spent so many hours in that van and had some hilarious stories. Last week there was a stretch of shows that really taught me a lot about life on the road. In three days we went from New York to Hartford, to Philly, to DC, to Maryland then back to DC then back to New York. By the end of it we were all tweaked out on Starbucks and getting into the most ridiculous conversations. When I finally got back to New York this week to record some more with my producer, I found out the best news ever. I GOT CHARTED IN BILLBOARD! There's a picture in there and I'm number 10 out of 15 on the "Top Heatseekers" list for the Mid-Atlantic region. Pick up an issue this week to check it out. The EP Step Ladder is doing great. It's on sale at Record Archive in Rochester, NY. Look them up online to order it or go to the store and pick up a bunch! I'll be back in Rochester soon for the cycling festival. It will be great to sleep in my bed and see some of the old crew again. It's weird, when im in New York I miss Rochester and when I'm in Rochester I miss New York. It's all good though. I'll be back out for a stretch of shows soon and then my bed will be the back seat in my van. Gotta love it. Keep checking the site for more shows and come out to see them.
